Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and meticulously inspected by our Quality Assurance department, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The exportation fee is NOT refundable, you will get your refund minus shipping and re-importation costs.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we can offer an exchange for an item of the same or lower value . If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Cr 6 14-74 OF 803 Bogota, Colombia, 111711.
SHIPPING (Return procedure)
To return your item, first contact us at email@example.com requesting your return shipping authorization code and a return shipping label from the shipping company of our choosing. Write your return shipping authorization code on the outside of the package you are returning.
For all returns and exchanges, include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including certificates (if and when applicable) (a $100 replacement fee per certificate will be charged otherwise). For security reasons, do not write jewelry, emeralds or other related words anywhere on the package.
Double pack your item. Pack your item in its original box and pack the box in the box provided by the shipping company.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $1,000, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
